Shipping & Returns
Online Orders Shipping & Return Policies
- Orders placed prior to 2 pm Eastern Standard Time generally process and ship within 2 business days of receipt unless a premium freight method is chosen such as UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. In the case of premium freight we will reduce to 1 business day and when possible provide same day shipping. Your online order status will be updated and tracking information loaded for your review.
- Want to use your freight collect account number to ship? If you have a registered account for our website please contact websales@Spemco.com or by calling 800-482-2828 and once we verify with the freight company that your account is valid we will add that option to your account and all future shipments can be shipped with your billable freight account. Please contact us prior to placing the order to ensure correct billing.
- Shipping Methods offered are:
USPS, UPS & DHL.
USPS offers First Class - Least Expensive but No specific delivery date, 1-7 business days depending on Area. We ship from our warehouse in Fraser, MI 48026. Priority Mail is 3-5 Business days depending on area but no money back guarantee. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. Please refer to USPS for policies and further information.
UPS - We have a daily pick up at our warehouse, Orders must be placed no later than 2 pm Eastern Standard to meet the daily cut off and pick up time. UPS offers Ground, 3 day aka Orange, 2 day aka Blue and Next Day Air aka Red. Please see their website for policies, procedures, etc.
DHL - Mainly used for International shipments however can be used for additional services. Please see their website for policies, procedures, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Spemco has no control over the shipper's policies and/or deliveries. We will ship your item within 2 business days of receipt of order if possible and provide a tracking number but we have no control over the deliveries, delivery times and/or delays, where packages are placed and/or how the service you choose at check out determines when to deliver your product. Please contact the shipper directly with questions regarding their policies, procedures, etc. with the tracking number you will be provided
Returns for Online Orders:
- Unopened, unused packaged products may be returned for a full refund of parts value (shipping not refunded) or store credit depending on the situation & on a case by case basis.
- Returns and/or discrepancies must be requested and/or reported within 60 days of shipping date
- To receive a refund parts must be unused and in their original packaging
- Requests for returns or refunds may be made to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 800-482-2828, you may also request a return through your online account (if created at check out).
- Once return has been approved directions on where to return your product will be provided
- Once product is returned to us and received at our warehouse we will inspect & quality test it and determine if a refund is eligible. You will receive our determination within 5 business days of the receipt of product at our warehouse.
- If a credit is offered it will be credited back to the original form of payment on record
