Extended Shipping Lead times

Spemco Extends it's Standard Shipping Lead Times due to Worldwide Pandemic Effects

Due to the worldwide pandemic and the lingering effects it has had on labor and/or lead times in every industry we are forced to extend our shipping lead times. The Spemco name has always been synonymous with quality products, outstanding customer service and fast response and we are proud to continue that tradition. Our online orders (when possible) will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order (during normal business hours). We will do our best to accommodate same day shipment requests but ONLY can do so effectively when placed prior to 1 pm Eastern Standard Time and expedited shipment method (UPS Blue aka 2nd day or Red aka next day air) has been purchased. 

Spemco offers a variety of shippers for our customer's convenience but has NO power over those shippers to determine how and when parts are delivered. UPS while more expensive is the most reliable service offered on our website when needed on a specific date. USPS is a very cost effective way to ship however does not always guarantee a specific delivery date. Regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout Spemco is not responsible for ANY delays caused by the shipper. We always do our best to accommodate requests to expedite however any and all liability of delivery is set by the shipping method chosen at checkout and their terms and conditions apply once the package has been picked up by said carrier. Said terms and conditions are available for each shipping method on their own company website. 

We are working on a paid expedite program for online orders but at this time our standard shipping lead times will be 2 business days from receipt of order unless the UPS expedited shipper is chosen and order is placed by the cut off time as indicated above.
